This section is dedicated to Salesmen who have the knowledge to represent IBT Export Department in CONSTRUCTION or/and ALTERNATIVE ENERGY sectors.

The candidate should answer the following parameters so for IBT to evaluate its introduction in the sales team.

PLEASE AVOID ANY USELESS REQUESTS IF YOU DO NOT MEET THE FOLLOWING MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS.

• Knowledge of Construction Equipment (Machinery or Equipment)

OR

• Knowledge of Finishing/FITOUT

THE CANDIDATE MUST:

• have hired during the course of his professional experience a practice role on construction sites as a Conductor of civil works on behalf of construction companies or having frequented, in any case, construction site environments

• knowledge of Contractors, Developers or Distributors Procurement department in the Construction sector

• have an attitude for communicating with clients, a verbal openness and appropriate technical vocabulary

• have commercial planning skills

• have minimum knowledge and use of management software and Office package

• possess Personal Vehicle

• have availability of own portable computer

• have availability of desk and telephone / Internet line to be used for planning appointments and meetings with  IBT superiors.

• possess every moral requisite to be able to represent IBTs worthily in every commercial action.

Building Machineries and Equipment:  Blocking Machines, Site Elevators and Platforms, Mobiles Mixer Systems, Steel Cutting and Bending Machines, Buckets for Cranes, Fixe and Mobiles Concrete Mixers, Wheelbarrows and various accessories, Formworks, Compactors, Cranes, Fixed and Mobile Tower Cranes, Dumpers, Generators, Power Trowels, Hoists, Self-Propelled Aerial Platforms, Props, scaffolding, Tables saws, Power Screeds, Mobile Access Towers and Ladders, Trans pallet etc., Concrete Vibrators.

Finishing Products:  Floor and Wall Tiles, Marble and Granite, Aluminium Windows and Doors, Roller Shutters, Curtains Walls, Doors and Portals, Sanitary, plumbing material, lightings, any other secondary and complementary finishing category, including Kitchen, Bathroom and Wardrobes furniture and Fitout.

• Renewable Energy Equipment

• have had assumed any role of practical activity about the most common alternative energy systems (Photovoltaic Panels, solar panels, wind turbines, Solar Air Conditioning etc.)

• have an attitude for communicating with a client, a verbal openness and appropriate technical vocabulary

• have commercial planning skills

• have minimum knowledge and use of management software and Office package

• possess Personal Vehicle

• have availability of own portable computer

• have availability of desk and telephone / Internet line to be used for planning appointments and meetings with  IBT superiors.

• possess every moral requisite to be able to represent IBTs worthily in every commercial action.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS

• Knowledge of Contractors, Developers or Distributors Procurement department in the Construction and/or Renewable Energy sectors
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office package
• Self-reliance and efficiency in achieving their business goals
• Knowledge of Contractors, Developers or Distributors Procurement department in the Construction and/or Renewable Energy

COLLABORATION TERMS

• Renewable 5 years duration Broker Agreement (Model Form on request to contact@ibtprojects.com)
• No entry Broker Fee
• Commission 5% FOB amount
• Type of work: Freelance
• Customised email address, brochures and business card

The agent will perceive the 5% (five per cent) on FOB amount.
